I'm Renae and I'm so pleased you've found me.

I assist with the energetic body coming online, to better understand the sensations and experiences being felt. I share tools and knowledge from my own journey - should they resonate - to support and empower you, as we all, should we choose it, start to awaken to more that is.

Everything is energy, including our emotional, mental, and physical bodies. Through our earth experience, we descended into a lower vibration and lost the knowledge of how to transmute energy - perhaps to see how we would navigate life without access to that higher wisdom. Now the energies have shifted and we are learning to rise again.

We are not meant to sit in chaotic emotion and low vibrational moods. We are meant to experience, acknowledge, and transmute them, returning ourselves to a state of balance - and from there, choosing what we allow in our field.

Imagine a world where everyone takes responsibility for their own internal state - clearing heavy emotion rather than sitting in it or projecting it onto others. There would be only peace, harmony, and understanding.

We are here in this time to master our emotional, mental and physical bodies. This is our evolution, and what is becoming available to us. Should you choose it for your current pathway, it is my honor and highest purpose to serve and assist you.
